McGrath Law Offices is a boutique firm serving clients since 1990. We specialize in the areas of Trusts & Estates and Matrimonial practice and offer legal expertise in related family law matters, from adoptions to guardianships, and all areas of estate planning. Our counsel has successfully represented clients in Surrogate Court matters in the five New York City boroughs, as well as outlying counties. We have vast experience defending clients in will contests, contested trust and estate accountings as well as contested and uncontested divorce proceedings.
